Listing Criteria
- Judgment has been entered in favor of the claimant
- 90-day appeal period has expired without appeal filed
- Judgment remains unsatisfied after enforcement attempts
- No active payment plan in good standing
Removal Process
Entries are removed from the Lex Nigra upon:
- Full satisfaction of the judgment
- Successful appeal reversing the judgment
- Completion of an approved payment plan
- Settlement agreement executed with claimant
