Welcome to the official Registry of the Soteria Tribunal, the public-facing archive of scrolls, declarations, and administrative actions executed under the authority of the Soteria Covenant Trust.
This registry is divided into two living branches:
Scroll Registry
Lawfully executed instruments of record.
This section contains redacted versions of scrolls issued by the living man known as Alexander J. Soteria, acting in full private authority under trust and covenant. These include:
- Security Agreements
- Ecclesiastical Declarations
- Fee Schedules
- Powers of Attorney
- Oaths and Codex Invocations
Scrolls are published for notice only. All sensitive data, seals, and wet-ink marks are removed. Full versions remain sealed unless lawfully summoned under jurisdiction.
Debtor Registry
In dishonor, ledgered.
This section records all individuals, agents, offices, or institutions that:
- Failed to respond to a lawful notice
- Refused remedy
- Committed commercial trespass
- Defaulted under Tribunal-defined terms
These names are now eligible for:
- PSI issuance
- Enforcement via lien, labor, or redemption
- Public disposition by third-party claimants
NOTICE
This Registry operates under ecclesiastical and private law, and stands as a lawful witness to executed acts, contracts, and defaults.
Its purpose is not intimidation — but accountability, restoration, and recorded truth.
