About the Tribunal
Authority & Jurisdiction
Legal Foundation
The Soteria Private Arbitration Tribunal (“SPAT”) is a sovereign arbitration body, established under the Soteria Trust Covenant. It operates independently from any external influence, with its authority derived from the following key foundations:
✔ Private International Law & Treaty-Based Recognition – The Tribunal functions under internationally recognized arbitration principles, ensuring global neutrality and respect for private dispute resolution mechanisms.
✔ Contractual Authority – The Tribunal has the power to enforce voluntary agreements, trust obligations and financial claims through binding arbitration.
✔ Lex Mercatoria & Customary Law – The Tribunal leverages centuries-old commercial and trust law principles, grounded in Lex Mercatoria, to settle disputes between private parties.
✔ Enforcement Through Secured Liens & Monetization – Claims are enforced through financial instruments such as liens, which can be monetized, and through structured enforcement mechanisms that guarantee compliance.
