DEBTORS REGISTRY

TRIBUNAL DEBTOR REGISTRY

All individuals, offices, or entities listed in the Soteria Tribunal Debtor Registry have received lawful notice under private jurisdiction, failed to respond in honor, and permitted the cure period to lapse unrebutted.

As such, they are recorded in commercial and spiritual dishonor, and their obligations are now considered active debts under the authority of the Soteria Covenant.

Their silence is ledgered.
Their liability is preserved.
Their names now stand as open accounts.

These parties are subject to the following lawful consequences:

  • Public Disposition
    – Their names and debts may be posted, published, and retained for global visibility and lawful enforcement.
  • Conversion into Private Settlement Instruments (PSIs)
    – Uncured debts may be transformed into freely tradable, enforceable claims backed by lien, interest, and ledger.
  • Redemption Through Labor or Settlement
    – Debtors may seek remedy through monetary payment, negotiated terms, or meaningful service performed in good faith.
  • Restoration of Honor
    – Upon complete fulfillment, entries may be discharged and marked “Remedied” in the public and private ledgers.

This Registry is administered under ecclesiastical and private law, and stands as a public witness of truth, record, and remedy.

Dishonor is ledgered.
Redemption remains open.
