Preamble
We, bonded stewards of the Living Estate, solemnly declare and enshrine the inalienable truth that no man, woman, or child shall be treated as a commodity, a debtor, an asset, or a legal fiction.
We reject, in whole and in part, every system — past, present, or future — that seeks to:
- Buy, sell, trade, license, lease, or monetize the breath, labor, or essence of a living being;
- Reduce the sovereign to a subject, the steward to a slave, or the sacred to a statistic;
- Bind man to debt he did not incur, oaths he did not swear, or contracts he did not sign.
Rejection of All Systems of Human Commodification
We repudiate and nullify all paradigms founded upon the false presumption that man is property. These include, but are not limited to:
- Slavery, past or present, explicit or disguised;
- Chattel registration, through birth certificates or state-issued IDs;
- Taxation of breath, in the form of income tax, tribute, or jizya;
- Corporate personhood, which denies the living being and uplifts the artificial;
- Maritime law presumptions, that classify man as cargo or vessel;
- Ecclesiastical subjugation, that brands souls as sinful stock under priestly control;
- Medical commodification, wherein the body is harvested, sold, or exploited for profit;
- Social securitization, wherein human life is collateralized for state debt.
Affirmation of the Living Status
The Soteria Covenant recognizes:
- Man (including women…) as sovereign and immeasurable
- Labor as sacred and voluntary
- Life as unlicensed and unpurchased
- Yield as born of consent, not command
- Soul as non-transferable and unownable
No registry, no oath, no bond, no seal, no mark of any beast may convert the Living into inventory.
Codified Articles
Article I — No Man is Property
Every soul is born free. All attempts to enslave, lease, or securitize him are null and void, ab initio.
Article II — Consent Cannot Be Presumed
Silence is not consent. Registration is not consent. Existence is not consent.
Article III — Estate Reclamation
Every man has the right to reclaim his name, seal his estate, and void unauthorized bonds.
Article IV — Sacred Yield
What a man yields from his labor is his offering — not a tax, not a toll, not a tithe. It may not be taken without explicit covenant.
Article V — Enforceable Standing
Any party, system, state, or priest who attempts to convert man into a tradable commodity shall be subject to claim, lien, and judgment under the Tribunal of the Living Flame.
Eternal Proclamation
Let the fire burn in witness:
That the soul is not a stock.
That the body is not for auction.
That existence is not a taxable event.
That man is born sacred — and sacred he remains.
Filed in honor of all who were bound in chains, silenced in birth, or made inventory by those who called themselves kings, priests, or governments.
Their names rise in flame.
Their dignity shall be restored.
Their value is no longer for sale.
